What You Need:
- 1 cup ragi flour
- ½ cup almond flour (or crushed almonds)
- ½ cup jaggery powder or coconut sugar
- ¼ cup ghee or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- A small pinch of salt
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
How to Make It:
- Heat the oven to 180°C (or 350°F). Put baking paper on a tray.
- In a bowl, mix these dry items: ragi flour, almond flour, jaggery, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add ghee or coconut oil and mix until it looks crumbly like wet sand.
- Slowly add milk and mix everything to make a soft dough.
- Make small balls from the dough, press them a little flat, and place them on the tray.
- Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges look a bit crispy.
- Let them cool, then store in a container with a lid.
