Instructions
1. Prepare the Batter
- In a mixing bowl, combine millet flour, gram flour, and any other flour you’re using.
- Add the finely chopped vegetables and spices.
- Mix well.
- Gradually add water, a little at a time, to form a thick batter. It should hold its shape when dropped into the oil.
2. Heat the Oil
- Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai over medium heat.
3. Fry the Pakodas
- Once the oil is hot, carefully drop small portions of batter into the oil using your fingers or a spoon.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally for even cooking.
- Remove using a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
4. Serve & Enjoy
- Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
