Yoga guru Baba Ramdev has encouraged people to include millet-based rotis, particularly a blend of bajra (pearl millet) and ragi (finger millet), in their winter diet for enhanced health benefits. According to Ramdev, both bajra and ragi are packed with fibre, iron, calcium, and other important minerals that support overall wellness.
